One day in 2015, the team at Wishbone Design, a sustainable toy brand in New Zealand, received a surprising request. A customer in South Korea wanted to buy a large number of Mini-Flips, one of the rideable products it makes for young children.  In fact, “large” is a bit of an understatement.
