New CTO for Dafiti Dafiti, Latin America’s largest fashion and e-commerce platform, has appointed André Piza as its new chief technology officer. In this role, she will be responsible for growing the business to expand across Australia as she leads strategy, operations and P&L. Burrows, who has extensive experience in growth strategy roles, previously worked for Australia Post. In her nine years with the business, she held roles across operations, marketing and commercial sectors, where she was dedicated to the development of her team and colleagues. Earlier in her career, Burrows was instrumental in developing the growth strategy for Shell International, where she worked across 28 markets/countries including Australia. She succeeds Thomas Stephens, who, as acting general manager for the past 12 months, has been overseeing the launch and growth of DoorDash Australia. He will continue in the role he held previously, leading strategic projects across the business.
