Winning Appliances officially launches ACT showroom

Winning Appliances has launched its first showroom in the ACT, with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by 300 high profile attendees.Guests included French ambassador, Christophe Lecourtier, ambassador of the Republic of Slovenija, Helena Drnovšek Zorko and Italian Embassy representative Carlo Cosentino along with several high profile locals.

The showroom in Kingston spans over 2600sqm across two levels and represents the retailer’s largest showroom, housing 33 major appliance brands including Miele, Bosch, Smeg, ILVE and Fisher & Paykel, and exclusive brands like Sub-Zero and Wolf, Siemens, Gaggenau, PITT and Highland.

The event included a ribbon cutting ceremony, speeches from John Winning, CEO of Winning Group, and David Woollcott, CEO of Winning Appliances, and a Welcome to Country by Aunty Agnes Shea OAM, Senior Ngunnawal.

Oliveri”s Setve Booton won a prize for $10,000 worth of appliances and donated it to The Leukaemia Foundation, a donation that Winning Appliances will be matching in full.

The Kingston showroom is Winning Appliances 13th showroom.

At the stores opening in December last year, John Winning, said the store builds on a successful trial of the multi-sensory retail concept first unveiled in Sydney during 2013.
