Tag Heuer, owned by French fashion group LVMH Moet Hennessy, has taken a 10 year lease, occupying the high profile corner of the city’s Edward and Elizabeth streets.

Edward St has fast become the city’s luxury retail strip, with Tag Heuer following the likes of surrounding high end tenants such as Ralph Lauren, Oroton, Hardy Brothers, and Omega

The lease falls in line with current record gross commercial rates for Edward St of more than $4300sqm per annum.

“Our location continues to work perfectly for MacArthur Central, attracting customers from the commercial and retail districts on both sides of the city. With international retailers like Tag Heuer recognising this location as unique for their clientele,” says Shaun Bonett, CEO and MD of Precision Group.

The centre also includes of a full line Woolworths supermarket and JB Hi-Fi store.

“The centre’s lower ground will continue to be the retail ‘engine room’ of the CBD with Woolworths, BWS, Priceline, Nextra Newsagency and other services for the everyday needs to the CBD”  Bonett continues.
