Super Retail Group’s new appointment

Super Retail GroupSuper Retail Group has appointed Jane Kelly as its new chief human resources officer.

Kelly, who has an extensive experience in change management and operational roles in large organisations like Westpac, Exxon Mobil, Carter Holt Harvey and Ansett Australia, will assume her new role with Super Retail Group today.

Most recently Kelly served as human resources and corporate affairs director for BT Financial Group.

Peter Birtles, group managing director and CEO, said the key executive role would be charged with advancing Super Retail Group’s strong focus on team engagement.

Our continuous growth and evolution over the last four decades has been fuelled by one simple belief — that to be truly customer-centric, it is team members that must come first,” said Birtles.

“Our culture remains at the heart of our vision, purpose and strategy. We are therefore delighted to have recruited someone with Jane’s experience and capability to lead our human resources function.”
