Stockland’s new retail GM

business, negotiation, dealTony Tsekouras has been promoted to the role of GM retail leasing, commercial property at Stockland, succeeding Robyn Stubbs.

Tsekouras will begin in his new role immediately, reporting directly to John Schroder, group executive, CEO commercial property.

Most recently Tsekouras held the position of regional leasing manager for Victoria and Western Australia at Stockland.

In this role he managed the operational leasing of all retail assets in VIC and WA, as well as project planning, retail planning and leasing on the critical Baldivis expansion; the reformulation of the Point Cook Town Centre, and the pre-leasing and retail planning of Harrisdale greenfield Town Centre.

Prior to this role, Tsekouras was responsible for the retail planning and leasing of the three largest retail projects in Stockland’s history; Merrylands, Shellharbour and Townsville, leading a team of 13 project leasing executives..

Before joining Stockland, he held senior roles with Lend Lease and GPT, working on projects such as Penrith Plaza, where he held the lead project leasing manager role, and Melbourne Central.
