Retail Zoo partners with coffee chain

Retail Zoo, the parent company of Boost Juice and Salsa’s Fresh Mex Grill, has partnered with Italian coffee brand, Cibo Espresso.

The South Australian based chain, first launched in 2000, has 20 stores in Adelaide and two in Brisbane.

The new partnership will see the Cibo Espresso brand extended across Australia, focused primarily within the Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane markets.

Jeff Allis, CEO, of Retail Zoo, says: “Our vision is to help young Australian companies reach their full potential.”

“Cibo is a wonderful partnership for both companies, they have a compelling ‘x factor’ brand, and Retail Zoo has a powerful back end to help Cibo achieve its complete vision. We love the Cibo brand and it’s an incredible honour to be able to help their team grow Cibo across Australia.”

Roberto Cardone, Cibo Espresso co-founder, said: “The partnership with Retail Zoo enables us to utilise their sophisticated management and franchise systems to facilitate Cibo Espresso’s rapid expansion. They know how to grow a business quickly without in any way compromising quality.”
