Children’s clothing retailer, Pumpkin Patch, has appointed Dave Foster as CFO effective from today.

Foster joined Pumpkin Patch as group financial controller in June 2008 and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Foster will replace Steve Mackay, who resigned last month to focus on private business interests.

In July, Pumpkin Patch announced it expects next year’s earnings will be “significantly below” this year’s due to increasingly challenging international wholesale markets and adverse forecast currency impacts.

In July, Pumpkin Patch named Luke Bunt as its new MD, replacing Di Humphries, who resigned in June 2015.
