The official launch of the 12,000sqm store will be held on November 22, hosted by Myer CEO, Bernie Brookes, and Jennifer Hawkins.
Myer One members have been invited to preview the store on November 19 before the official opening.
There will be instore iPads, enabling customers to browse the product range for delivery to the store or their home.
The store will provide customers with a range of international, national, and Myer exclusive brands across a variety of categories including women’s and men’s apparel, cosmetics, homewares, intimate apparel, electrical, footwear and accessories, small appliances, childrenswear, and youth.
Brookes said there is a great level of anticipation for the opening of the first Myer store in Joondalup.
“The new store is set to give customers the opportunity to experience a whole new way of shopping at Myer. The Myer Joondalup store is the first in Western Australia to offer ‘The Hub’ which provides a range of in-store services in the one convenient location including personal stylists, Shop and Drop service for parcels, gift registry, free wi-fi, and a smart phone recharge station,” Brookes said.
Myer GM for WA and SA Stores, Kerry Davenport, said there had been a great deal of excitement from the local community during the store development.
“Many of the brands that customers will find at Myer Joondalup are only available at Myer. I think customers will be thrilled when they come in and find the latest products and services on offer and experience our customer service.”
Jennifer Hawkins will launch the opening of the Myer Joondalup store on Saturday November 22 with a fashion workshop on stage. She will be joined by Myer designer Aurelio Costarella, and Kylie Radford of Morrison to chat through the latest fashions available at Myer Joondalup.
Myer is located at 420 Joondalup Drive, Lakeside Joondalup shopping Centre, Joondalup WA.
