Scentre Group has unveiled a new three level fashion galleria mall as part of Westfield Miranda’s $475 million redevelopment in Sydney’s south.

The fashion galleria mall features 100 new fashion brands including contemporary Australian labels Sass & Bide, Zimmermann, and Willow, an upgraded David Jones and a fully refurbished Myer department store, as well as beauty brands Mecca, Mac, and Chanel Beaute.

In addition to the fashion and beauty offering, the new Westfield Miranda also includes a new indoor/alfresco dining space.

Restaurateurs include Luxe, Gelato Messina, and The Italian Kitchen Miranda.

Last month, the first stage of the centre’s redevelopment opened, unveiling of a new fresh food precinct on level one.

Market inspired stalls with crates of fresh food, expert food providores such as Pane Vinno Proscuitteria, a state of the art demonstration kitchen with live cooking demonstrations, and fresh daily produce feature in the fresh food market.

The space also includes 18 speciality suppliers including fresh meats, seafood, poultry, fruit and vegetables, baked goods, wines, international cuisines, and a new Woolworths supermarket.

On completion in 2015 the Westfield Miranda redevelopment will see the centre expand by 19,000sqm to 127,000sqm of gross lettable area with the addition of more than 100 specialty retailers.

In addition to the fashion galleria mall, alfresco dining space, and fresh food precinct, key features of the redeveloped centre will be a relocated 10 screen multiplex Event cinema, including Gold Class and VMax; additional rooftop restaurants to open in March 2015; and customer services such as valet parking, free Wi-Fi, and personal styling services.
