Tickets are still available for the Westfield’s annual breakfast seminar series in Melbourne this Friday and Auckland next week.
The breakfast series, Illuminate Your Thinking, features a line up of four local and international retail experts focusing on customers and leadership.
Speakers include Francesco Cordua, founder, Exultant Brands; Jessi Baker, designer, technologist and founder of UK-based startup, Provenance; Phil Allison, MD of Corporate-Edge; and Simon Hammond, founder of Hammond Thinking and Spink St Creative Centre.
Francesco Cordua will be speaking about Differentiation in a Global Marketplace. Cordua, who focuses his work on concept design, brand strategy, and consumer insights with retailers such as McDonalds, Tiffany & Co, and Gap Inc, will present an overview of emerging and best in class retail concepts from around the world, and how they are resetting customer expectations in a globally connected shopping environment.
Jessi Baker will examine how retail will evolve over the next ten years, with her presentation, Towards 2025 – Technology in Retail. Baker will address how new technologies and their applications present a unique and exciting opportunity for the world of retail to embrace.
Phill Allison will focus on Connecting to the Heart of Your Team, how today’s great leaders have learnt how to leverage the shift in thinking to ensure they engage the hearts as well as the minds of their teams, and Simon Hammond, who specialises in looking at why we do what we do, then applying that insight to drive better connection with our customers, will address the topic, Becoming a BE Brand.
The seminar series will visit Auckland on Tuesday October 9, with tickets still available, and will conclude in Sydney on Thursday October 9.
The event opens at 7am, with the seminar to run from 7:30am, concluding at 10.00am.
