Kmart is launching its spring collection via a series of creative workshops in Sydney’s CBD on Friday.

The discount department retailer will host the Inspired Living Hub at Martin Place, involving a series of eight different living pods, styled into life-like indoor and outdoor zones, using products from Kmart’s August Inspired Living range.

Kmart’s Living team said it will share creative ideas and tricks of the trade for the home – divulging expertise gained from scouting the globe for the most in demand interior and exterior trends.

The entire hub will then be transported to Top Ryde City shopping centre on Saturday, where Kmart has recently opened a store and the display will run for the weekend.

“We never rest at Kmart – we’re always looking for the next hot item, the latest trendand how we can bring this to life for Australian homes. Each season, we put more emphasis on new designs, improved quality and more of what Australians love at irresistibly low prices,” said Julie Miller-Sensini, GM Living, Kmart Australia.

Kmart’s Living, Design and Buying teams will introduce new trends that take design cues from global destinations including the Daintree, Cuba, the Hamptons and Scandinavia.
