H&M announces Kenzo as next designer collaborator

H&M KenzoH&M has today announced that its next designer collaboration will be with Kenzo, French luxury house founded in 1970 by Japanese designer Kenzo Takada.

Kenzo creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon will work with H&M to create collections for women and men as well as accessories. The two directors joined Zenzo in 2011 and utilise bold colours and vivid prints in conjunction with ‘high-impact’ shows to showcase their collections.

“With this collaboration with H&M we want to think big, push the boundaries and bring the new energy of Kenzo to everyone around the world,” said Lim and Leon.

The collections will be available in over 250 selected H&M stores worldwide from November 3 this year.

“We can’t wait to share with everyone the world of Kenzo x H&M, with all of its creativity, fun and love of fashion,” says Ann-Sofie Johansson, creative advisor at H&M.
