H&M confirms Brisbane stores

h&mH&M has confirmed it will open the first of two stores in Brisbane in March 2015, as the Swedish fast fashion giant continues to build its Australian footprint.

The retailer will open its first Brisbane store at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, followed by a second store at 170 Queen St in Brisbane’s CBD in late 2015.

H&M made its Australian debut this year in April at Melbourne’s iconic GPO building.

The 5000sqm is one the biggest in the world for the brand, occupying three levels and offering H&M’s full men’s, women’s, and children’s fashion ranges, as well as its homewares line.

Last month H&M opened its first store in Sydney at Macquarie Centre in North Ryde as part of the shopping centre’s $440 million redevelopment.  It will open in Sydney’s Pitt St Mall in mid 2015.
