The limited edition eBay Essential Summer Collaboration collection is available via eBay’s Fashion Gallery, with all items priced at $39.95 with free shipping.
eBay’s fashion merchandising manager, Brooke Eichhorn, says the collection has been specifically designed with Gen Y consumers in mind, an eBay demographic that has grown steadily over the last few years.
“We have seen a whole new set of young fashionable women engaging with eBay. They are coming to the site looking for style inspiration, curated and edited fashion content and trying to round out their high low purchases,” Eichhorn said.
“With more than 70 per cent of all fashion items purchased by Gen Y bought through mobile devices, we expect that the majority of this exclusive collection will be purchased through a smart phone or a tablet. Our girls are shopping wherever and whenever inspiration strikes,” she said.
The designer collaboration launches with four fashion bloggers and is available for purchase on Fashion Gallery at eBay for eight weeks.

In other eBay news, the online auction site and e-tailer has launched its Christmas 2013 campaign, ‘Know what they like, find what they love, to be rolled out aTV, mobile, outdoor and online.
It is the first locally made TV ad by eBay in more than five years.
