Conversion rate workshop

optimisation eventInside Retail Academy will host a one day intensive workshop, designed to increase the success of retailer conversion rate optimisation strategies.

Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) is the method of creating an experience for a website or landing page visitor with the goal of increasing the percentage of visitors that convert into customers. This is an increasingly important area as more retailers move to e-commerce.

Attendees will learn from experts in the CRO scene, specifically those with the knowledge of what works best in the retail sector.

Topics to be explored include strategy and program structures, execution and marketing, and data insights analysis, and integration.

The CRO seminar will be held in Sydney on June 16 and Melbourne June 17, from 9am to 5pm with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea provided.
