E-tailer, The Iconic, has teamed up with Broadway Shopping Centre to allow customers to pick up and try on purchases from the centre.
The Collection Bar is a partnership between Broadway owner, Mirvac, ParcelPoint, and The Iconic.
The Collection Bar will launch on June 5, enabling customers to collect, try on, and return online purchases at a dedicated collection point within Broadway Shopping Centre.
Using ParcelPoint’s click and collect and returns technology, The Collection Bar allows The Iconic customers to pick up purchases and try them on at the same time, with the advantage of being able to return items that are unsuitable on the spot.
Shoppers can also use The Collection Bar to return online purchases from 50 other retailers. It will be located next to the customer service desk on level one and will trade from 8am to 8pm daily, and 8am to 9pm on Thursdays.

“The Collection Bar not only responds to their needs but also creates increased traffic to the centre to benefit our retailers. We are delighted to be the first in the country to offer this service.”
Mehdi Fassaie, CEO of ParcelPoint, said ParcelPoint customers are looking for online delivery and returns options that suit their lifestyles.
