baskin robbins 3Baskin-Robbins has appointed Shay-lee Case as national supply chain manager and new member of the senior leadership team, to steer the brands expansion.

Case has more than 20 years experience in franchise and QSRs, most recently working for Domino’s as the company’s supply chain manager.

“Product supply and distribution is the backbone for any franchise business, given the vast geographic location of Australia, this has to be managed and coordinated with precision.

“With 2014 being our most successful store growth year to date, we must continue to excel in all facets of the business, with a major focus on adding value and increasing profitability for our franchise partners.”
