The Australian dollar has fallen Wednesday, buying 68.90 US cents from 69.05 US cents on Tuesday.

One Australian dollar buys 75.27 Japanese yen from 74.74; 62.28 euro cents from 61.83; 53.49 British pence from 53.42 and 108.01 NZ cents from 107.67.
