Ausbuy updates appearance

AusbuyAusbuy, a not for profit association which supports Australian-owned businesses and brands has launched a new look website and logo.

The redesigned website and logos will ensure consumers have access to clear information on Australian-owned products.

The new website explains Ausbuy’s purpose and aims, and describes the requirements that companies must meet to qualify as Australian-owned and use an Ausbuy logo.

The appearance of the site and logos are the first of many changes to Ausbuy’s new look and feel. Its digital presence will incorporate an improved database and member services portal which will be built on over the coming months.

Ausbuy CEO, Andrew Butler, said the changes are the first step in ensuring the Ausbuy brand is both visually appealing and relevant to the Australian public.

“Ausbuy is committed to ensuring that Australian consumers have a clear understanding of which products and services are Australian owned,” said Butler.

“The Australian public and government have demonstrated that they are committed to supporting Australian-owned businesses. The new Ausbuy website and rebranded logos will assist consumers in making informed decisions about where the proceeds of their purchases go, which helps ensure that more profits, taxes, skills and jobs stay in Australia.”

The old Ausbuy logos will remain in circulation for the time being to allow its members the flexibility to update to the new logos when it is convenient for them.
