The Cotton On Group is embarking on an international search to find a world class leader to take on the role of Global General Manager – Cotton On Body, leading a global team of 950 people.

The newly appointed leader will have an enthusiastic and hard-working team at the ready to help drive the brand strategy. The position represents an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing fashion retailers in the world and set the agenda in an emerging retail category.

Since its launch in 2007, Cotton On Body has been led by retail experts who have intrinsically understood the brand, its customer and the growing demand for fun and affordable intimates, lounge and active wear.

In a highly competitive category amongst a number of big retail players, Body has successfully established itself as a trail blazer in the space, emerging as a key contender with a growing store footprint and loyal customer base.

The brand continues to perform strongly, achieving an average annual growth of 21% since 2012.

The Global General Manager of Cotton On Body will be responsible for managing all aspects of the brand’s operations and will be instrumental in leading the Body team to deliver an aggressive national and international growth plan.

With demonstrated experience in the apparel, consumer goods or lifestyle product industries, and a significant experience at the executive level, the Global General Manager will exemplify the values of the Cotton On Group and lead a high performing team of motivated, strategic thinkers. The successful candidate will possess an inherent customer first approach at every turn.
