ACRS World Retail Congress Highlights Seminar 2016

world retail congressNow in its 10th year, the World Retail Congress continues to produce the most valuable insights and inspiring content from global senior retail leaders. Hosted in Dubai – a growing retail mecca – the 2016 Congress is centred around ‘attracting and engaging with the modern customer’. This year’s Congress will feature speakers from Tommy Hilfiger, Marks and Spencer, Tesco, Disney, and Google, among many other high profile retailers and brands.

At the upcoming ACRS World Retail Congress Highlights Seminar, Sean Sands and Violet Lazarevic will present key insights from the 2016 Congress, focusing on the opportunities for Australian retail and service organisations to better connect with customers. The presentations will also showcase best practice examples based on the 2016 World Retail Award winners and share findings from the annual Global Retail Sentiment study.

Associate Professor Sean Sands is Managing Director of ACRS. Sean has conducted research and delivered seminars globally on retail innovation, design thinking and customer experience strategies to inspire and assist organisation and brand growth.

Dr Violet Lazarevic is a Senior Research Consultant at ACRS. Violet regularly presents at Australian conferences and seminars, has published in several industry publications and her research experience spans consumer and business-based issues.
