AussieCommerce Group, owner of Brands Exclusive, Spreets, Ouffer, and Cudo, has purchased the assets of the Australian arm of Pinchme.

Pinchme works with global brands including Proctor & Gamble, Nestle, and Reckitt Benckiser to offer free samples to its members in exchange for detailed and customer feedback.

“The acquisition fits in perfectly with AussieCommerce’s member focused e-commerce network and allows us to grow our reach and work with leading global brands. We’re excited to offer a more robust product mix to Pinchme’s significant Australian subscriber base while also providing our existing members with access to incredible samples,” said Adam Schwab, CEO and co-founder of AussieCommerce Group.

Pinchme was founded by Jeremy Reid in 2013. The business has secured capital from investors including Kerry Stokes; the Liberman and Smorgon families; Toll Holdings founder, Paul Little; Seek co-founder, Andrew Bassat; and David Droga.

Jeremy Reid and Adam Caplan will continue to operate Pinchme’s US business with 25 employees headquartered in New York.

Pinchme Australian team has relocated to the AussieCommerce’s Sydney city office.
