Retail development underway in Terrigal

pine_tree_lane1A $60 million retail hub under construction at Terrigal, NSW, promises to put the Central Coast beachside village on the map as a culinary ‘hot spot’.

Pine Tree Lane, designed by firms EJE Architecture, and SJB, will comprise of around 800sqm of indoor and alfresco dining options, designed specifically for cafes, restaurants, wine bars, and providores.

The street front spaces range from 35sqm to 530sqm, and will be the foundation of 70 apartments and commercial offices set to be ready by the third quarter of next year.

Bonnefin Property is offering the high-visibility, north-facing retail spaces for lease.

“This development will be a game-changer for retail in Terrigal,” said Angela Bonnefin, MD, Bonnefin Property.

“Our aim is to attract top quality food and beverage operators to the precinct and it is certain to become a major drawcard for tourists and locals.”

“The full service spaces will be classically contemporary and have a similar upmarket feel to retail centres in Sydney’s busy beachside locations,” Bonnefin said.

The precinct will be located in the same street as the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and within 200 metres of Terrigal’s beach.
