Lee also held leadership positions at the National Online Retailers Association, Groupon, and PwC.

Greenlit Brands appoints new MD for Snooze
Mattress retailer Snooze has a new MD – Damian Donohoe, its former GM of operations.
He succeeds Snooze’s current MD, Simon Beaty, who will conclude his term at the Greenlit Brands subsidiary on March 11.
Greenlit Brands’ CEO and executive chairperson, Michael Ford, expressed his gratitude to Beaty, adding: “Snooze’s sales have almost doubled over Beaty’s 14-year tenure and he leaves the business in great shape, with record sales and profits achieved last year.”
Former Mastercard exec to head up e-gift card retailer Prezzee
Global e-gift card and payment platform Prezzee has announced the appointment of CEO Jamie Samaha.
The former Mastercard executive will succeed Tony Karp and will commence operations from mid-March this year.
In his tenure, Karp oversaw the growth of the digital gift-card company across Australia and its expansion into North America, the UK, and New Zealand. He was the company’s 10th employee at its inception and has assisted in its development since.
“I haven’t arrived at this decision lightly, but on balance, I know this is the right move for me and my family and the right time for a new leader to step into the CEO role,” Karp said.
Prezzee chairperson Shaun Bonett said the business’ immediate focus is ensuring a seamless transition so it can maintain the “strong momentum we’re experiencing at home and abroad”.
